Cultural Workers to Receive a 70% Salary Increase Starting 2027

Starting January 1, 2027, employees of state and municipal cultural institutions will see their salaries increased by 70%. This decision was made by the Cabinet of Ministers in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Economy. The salary increase will also apply to employees of the Ukrainian Cultural Fund and the Book Institute, though a separate mechanism for salary adjustment exists for certain categories of workers.
