Government Approves Winter Support Payments: Who Will Receive Assistance

The Ukrainian government has approved the payment of delayed winter aid to three categories of citizens. These include children from low-income families, individuals with disabilities, and elderly pensioners who applied in 2025. The Pension Fund of Ukraine will prepare a list of recipients, after which the Ministry of Social Policy will ensure funding.
