Zelensky Dismisses Tkachenk from Head of Kyiv City Military Administration

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree dismissing Timur Tkachenk from his position as head of the Kyiv City Military Administration. The decree also appoints Ruslan Oliynyk as the acting head of Kyiv Oblast State Administration, while Vitaliy Kim and Mykola Kalashnyk were dismissed from their respective positions in the regions.
