Contrasts between Kherson and Lviv: Ukraine's Most Depressed and Promising Cities

The article examines two Ukrainian cities that find themselves at opposite ends of the development spectrum during the war: Kherson, suffering from the consequences of the conflict, and Lviv, which is showing economic growth.
