Deputy Oleksiy Kovalov Temporarily Resides in Occupied Territory of Kherson

In late February, Deputy Oleksiy Kovalov from the 'Servant of the People' party moved to the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region. He claims to be living and volunteering there according to Ukrainian laws but has not attended sessions of the Verkhovna Rada. There are ongoing discussions about his possible exclusion from the parliamentary faction due to his absence.
