New Reporting Rules Introduced for Individual Entrepreneurs

Starting from August 1, 2026, new forms for tax reporting on income tax, military levy, and unified contribution are introduced for individual entrepreneurs (FOPs) in Ukraine. FOPs will switch to quarterly reporting, allowing them to submit monthly data for each quarter. It is crucial to adhere to the reporting deadlines, with submissions for the second quarter of 2026 required by August 10.
