Secrets of Company Rewriting to 'Los' in Ukraine

This is particularly pronounced when a company attracts the attention of law enforcement agencies. An example is the company 'Pakoptorg', which won a tender to supply winter jackets for the State Emergency Service, despite lacking sufficient experience and suspicious circumstances.
