UN Declares June the Bloodiest Month for Ukraine
According to the UN Monitoring Mission report, June has become the bloodiest month for Ukrainian civilians, with 293 individuals killed due to Russian strikes. Since the beginning of 2026, a total of 1,396 civilians have lost their lives. The main reason for the rise in casualties has been long-range attacks on densely populated urban areas.
