WTA Introduces Mandatory Genetic Testing for Female Tennis Players

The Women's Tennis Association (WTA) has mandated that all female players undergo genetic testing for tournament participation. Testing for the presence of the SRY gene will be conducted once in a lifetime, and if positive results are returned, players will undergo additional medical evaluations.
