Shooting from Military Unit in Moscow: Evacuation of Civilians

On the night of July 22, shots were fired at passersby from the windows of military unit No. 83466 on Rublyovskoye Highway in Moscow. Preliminary reports indicate that the shooter is a woman, and negotiations were conducted to convince her to stop shooting. A large number of National Guard officers arrived at the scene, and residents of the military unit were evacuated.
