Mykola Zlochevskyi, the former Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, has maintained control over a business registered in his daughters' names, continuing to generate billions in Ukraine since fleeing in 2014. Despite legal investigations, his companies are projected to earn over 21 billion UAH by 2025, while officials who aided him received probation sentences.
