Germany Requires Its Own Space Influence Capabilities

Major General Wolfgang Ohl of the Bundeswehr stated that Germany needs to develop not only defense capabilities for military satellites but also the ability to influence the space systems of adversaries. He emphasized the importance of deterrence in space and preventing the emergence of new space debris that poses a threat to all systems in orbit.
