Cabinet Reverses Decision to Transform Yuzhmash into a Joint-Stock Company

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided not to convert the state enterprise Yuzhmash into a joint-stock company, reversing a decision made in September 2021. Instead, Yuzhmash will be reorganized into a limited liability company, which will affect its future operations in the defense industry.
