Terekhov: We Will Protect Small Business from VAT Introduction

Igor Terekhov, head of the Association of Frontline Cities, emphasized the need to protect small businesses from the potential introduction of a value-added tax (VAT). He noted that in wartime conditions and with high inflation, such measures could devastate enterprises.
