Since February 24, 2022, Ukraine's image has dramatically shifted on the global stage. While foreigners have witnessed the heroism of the Ukrainian people, they have also uncovered significant issues such as a personnel crisis and corruption. This necessitates a re-evaluation of Ukraine’s perception in the international arena.
