Deficiencies in the Maintenance of Protective Structures in Sumy: High Humidity and Lack of Medical Kits

During the monitoring of protective structures in Sumy, significant deficiencies were identified, including high humidity and mold. Specifically, both shelters lacked medical kits, and accessibility for people with reduced mobility was not ensured. The results of the inspections were published on the Facebook page of the Representative Office of the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights in Sumy region.
