Polish ZEN.com to Inject Additional Capital into PINBank

Polish fintech investor ZEN.com is set to inject an additional capital of 50 million UAH into PINBank, as confirmed by the SMIDA information system. The bank will conduct a share issuance to increase its charter capital to 588 million UAH. PINBank was nationalized in 2023 and is now under the control of new owners.
