Foreign National Arrested for Drug Trafficking in Ukraine Released

At the beginning of the year, a 37-year-old Azerbaijani citizen, Emil Ganiev, was arrested in Kyiv with 4 kg of cocaine. Although he was remanded in custody, he was recently spotted celebrating with friends on local channels. The case raises concerns about law enforcement and the justice system in Ukraine.
