Modular Morgue Planned Near Cemetery in Rivne for 92 Million UAH

A modular morgue costing over 92 million UAH is planned to be built near the New Cemetery in Rivne. Initiated by the head of the OVA, Oleksandr Koval, the project has been approved by the Ministry of Health due to the critical lack of space in the regional forensic bureau.
