Ticket Shortage on Trains: Ukrzaliznytsia Explains Reasons

Ukrzaliznytsia reported that it is impossible to quickly increase the number of trains due to a shortage of carriages. The reason is the technical incompatibility of most European trains with the Ukrainian railway system, along with the limited capacity of the only factory producing them in Ukraine.
