Evacuation Groups 'White Angel' Rescued 38,446 People Since the Start of the War

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the 'White Angel' evacuation groups have rescued 38,446 people, including 10,280 children. Law enforcement also assists residents of frontline communities by delivering food, medications, and water. Additionally, the 'White Angels' carry out the evacuation of the deceased so families can say their goodbyes.
