EU Imposes New Sanctions Against Human Rights Violators Targeting Ukrainian Soldiers

The European Union has imposed sanctions on 15 individuals and one entity responsible for human rights violations against Ukrainian prisoners of war. Among those sanctioned is Dmytro Neielov, who was held accountable for the mass killing of soldiers in Olenivka. The measures include asset freezes and travel bans to EU countries.
