Ongoing Negotiations on Prisoner Exchanges

Discussions with the Russian side concerning prisoner exchanges continue in line with agreements reached during the last meeting in Istanbul. Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Umerov proposed a follow-up meeting next week to enhance negotiation dynamics and work towards a lasting peace.
