Government Integrates Ministry of Strategic Industry into Ministry of Defense

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has integrated the Ministry of Strategic Industry into the Ministry of Defense. Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal stated that this decision aims to create a unified defense management space and enhance coordination among all its elements. The institutional functions of the Ministry of Strategic Industry, including attracting investments in the defense industry, will be incorporated into the structure of the Ministry of Defense.
