Prosecutor's Office Recovers 10 Ha of Forest Land in Kherson Region

The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office has recovered 10 hectares of forest land for the state in the Novoraisk community. The court upheld the prosecutor's claim, annulling the illegal registration of the land, which was unjustifiably reclassified as agricultural land in 2019.
