Gas Extraction Platform Installed for Neptun Deep Project in the Black Sea

OMV Petrom and Romgaz have completed the installation of a gas extraction platform for the Neptun Deep project in the Black Sea. The platform, weighing over 16,500 tons and standing more than 225 meters tall, is located approximately 120 meters below sea level. Commercial gas extraction is scheduled to begin in 2027.
