International Women's Day Celebrations Halve in Ukraine

According to KMIS, celebrations of International Women's Day have halved in Ukraine. The statistics show that the difference in celebrations depends on the region: in the West, about 6% celebrate, in the Center – 24%, in the South – 32%, and in the East – 40%.
