Doctors in Rivne Accused of Selling Fake Disability Certificates

In Rivne, the Security Service of Ukraine uncovered a scheme involving two doctors who sold fake disability certificates to draft evaders. According to the investigation, they charged clients $2,500 for assistance in obtaining disability through forged medical documents. The doctors face up to eight years in prison with asset confiscation.
