Sergii Obshanskyi Reassumes Control of the Urban Order and Maintenance Department in Chernivtsi

Sergii Obshanskyi was appointed as the head of the Urban Order and Maintenance Department of the Chernivtsi City Council on July 21. He previously held this position until 2021 and returned after being discharged from military service. Obshanskyi holds a law degree and has extensive experience in management.
