Social Worker in Odesa Region to Face Trial for Embezzling Funds from Deceased Residents

A social worker at a psychoneurological boarding house in the Odesa region is set to face trial for embezzling over 350,000 hryvnias in social payments belonging to 16 deceased residents. She failed to close their bank accounts after their deaths and continued to withdraw funds. The case came to light during an internal audit at the institution.
