Vladimir Chornyi, a serviceman from the Kopychyntsi community in Ternopil region, has been awarded the Presidential honor "For the Defense of Ukraine." He serves in the fourth border detachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. This award is given to military personnel and civilians who have aided or participated in the defense of the country against Russian aggression.
