The Defense Procurement Agency Orders Food for Military Worth 9 Billion UAH, Showing 2 Billion UAH in 'Savings'

The Defense Procurement Agency has signed contracts worth 9 billion UAH for military supplies, claiming savings of 2 billion UAH through lowered prices on less popular food items. Procurements were made according to a catalog that allowed significant reductions in total costs. The Ministry of Defense plans to overhaul the procurement model starting in 2027.
