Massive Fire Erupts in Lipetsk After Explosions Near CHP and Metallurgical Plant

On the night of July 21, a series of explosions were reported in Lipetsk, Russia, leading to a massive fire near the Combined Heat and Power Plant (CHP) and the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant. The fire is estimated to cover an area of approximately 2,500 square meters. Firefighters are on-site, and the causes of the fire are yet to be determined.
