Klymenko Appointed to NSDC on Budanov's Recommendation

Klymenko has been appointed to the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine based on Budanov's recommendation. Sources indicate that the circumstances around him led to a decision to transfer him from the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the Ministry of Defense.
