Lutsk to Upgrade Heating Networks for €16 Million

In Lutsk, the upgrade of heating networks has begun, involving the replacement of over 20 kilometers of pipes. The project, costing €16 million, aims to modernize outdated systems that have been in operation since the 1980s. Local residents are already facing challenges with hot water supply disruptions during the works.
