Cabinet Approves Amendments to Public Procurement Rules During Wartime
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has for the first time agreed on amendments to the public procurement rules during wartime with the relevant committee of the Verkhovna Rada. From now on, decisions regarding changes in competitive procurement procedures must be approved by the committee, enhancing control and transparency. Additionally, the Cabinet has eliminated most exceptions for direct contracts, leaving only those necessary for security and defense purposes.
