Seyar Kurshutov Wins Supreme Court Case Against Oleksandra Shuljak

The Supreme Court of Ukraine annulled the decisions of lower courts in the case of businessman Seyar Kurshutov, deeming them unlawful. The lawsuit filed by MP Oleksandra Shuljak, which sought to refute a statement made by Kurshutov regarding the departure of her relatives from Ukraine, was considered without proper notification of the respondent. The court found that the case was heard in violation of jurisdictional rules.
