Belarusian Officer Sentenced to 14 Years for Criticizing War Against Ukraine

In Belarus, former lieutenant colonel Anton Cheremykh has been sentenced to 14 years in prison for charges of "state treason" and "inciting social hatred." He publicly opposed Russia's war in Ukraine and refused to disseminate pro-Russian narratives among military personnel.
