Gulagu.net Founder Announces Closure of Human Rights Project

Vladimir Osechkin, the founder of the Russian human rights project Gulagu.net, announced its closure due to pressure and threats towards its staff. Established in 2011 to assist victims of torture in Russia, the project has halted its activities in light of new realities. Osechkin emphasized the severe pressure and persecution faced by the project members.
