Rise of Official Smartphone Sales in Ukraine

The CEO of ASBIS-Ukraine, Ivan Pavlik, stated that approximately 800,000 smartphones are sold unofficially each year in Ukraine. While the grey market was previously popular primarily due to lower prices, consumers are increasingly opting for devices based on purchase terms and service. As a result, the authorized smartphone market is gradually strengthening its position, although the unofficial segment remains significant.
