Payments for 30 displaced persons at the Rivne Oblast geriatric home have been resumed after previously being cancelled by the Pension Fund. Ombudsman for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets reported that the issue arose from a misinterpretation of legal norms. The Ministry of Social Policy confirmed that displaced persons do not lose their right to living assistance while residing in geriatric homes.
