Expert: Price Ceilings Limit Electricity Imports

Stanislav Igantyev, an energy expert, points out that price ceilings remain a significant barrier to electricity imports in Ukraine. Even when there is a technical possibility for import, price restrictions often prevent utilization of that opportunity. He emphasized the importance of saving electricity during peak load hours.
