Appointment of New Head of the State Emergency Service in Khmelnytskyi Region

On July 20, the new head of the State Emergency Service in the Khmelnytskyi region, Andrii Koziak, was presented at a meeting of the Defense Council. He served as the acting head since May 2026 and was previously the deputy head since 2018. Andrii Koziak has been awarded the Order of "For Courage" of the 3rd degree.
