Russian Information Campaign on Fuel Shortage in Ukraine

Russian special services have initiated an information campaign aimed at destabilizing the situation in Ukraine by spreading misinformation about a critical fuel shortage. They are using fake videos and messages to instill panic among the population, especially in frontline areas. The Center for Counteracting Disinformation warns that these information attacks are part of a larger destabilization campaign.
