Seven out of 17 cluster hospitals in Kharkiv region still lack contracts with the National Health Service of Ukraine under the "Mental Health" package. Deputy Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Olena Lohvynova pointed out that the main reason is the shortage of psychiatrists. According to Lohvynova, mental health centers are crucial for the effectiveness of the region's healthcare system.
