OHTS Employee Killed in Russian Attack in Dnipropetrovsk Region

On July 18, Viktor Grygoriev, a gas distribution station operator, was killed in a Russian strike in the Dnipropetrovsk region. He had over 12 years of experience and was known for his dedication and volunteer work to support the military. OHTS extended condolences to his family, who lost a husband and father.
