Court Rules on 15 Million UAH Payment for Deceased Soldier's Mother

The Ternopil District Administrative Court partially granted the claim of the mother of the deceased soldier, who appealed to the court after TCC blocked a 15 million UAH payment. The court addressed the issue of families' rights to one-time state assistance despite the regional TCC's refusal to forward documents to the Ministry of Defense.
