Allies of the new Minister of Internal Affairs, Vitaliy Kshanovsky and lawyer Oleksii Kominarets, intend to acquire almost 20% of the shares in the 'Ukrainian Capital' Bank. Blogger Volodymyr Bondarenko suggests that this deal may be linked to a circle of influential figures, including former Prosecutor General Vitaliy Yarema.
