Wadeful Supports Exemption of Aid to Ukraine from Debt Brake Restrictions

German Foreign Minister Johann Wadeful expressed support for the idea of exempting aid to Ukraine from the debt brake restrictions. He noted that this would allow the federal government to increase funding for humanitarian and development assistance to Ukraine. Wadeful also emphasized the need for Europe to take a more active role in diplomatic efforts to end the war.
