Apartment Fraud Scheme of Deceased Pensioner Exposed in Odesa

A 54-year-old woman has been detained in Odesa on suspicion of fraud involving the apartment of a deceased 74-year-old pensioner. The caregiver allegedly gained access to the victim's personal documents and tried to transfer the apartment to a proxy. The scheme was uncovered after the legitimate heir reported the incident.
